About Pellicano Specialty Foods

Located at 195 Reading Ave, Buffalo, NY 14220, Pellicano Specialty Foods operates as a food processing company serving Buffalo in New York. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

If you were expecting a restaurant, market or cafe and landed on a listing in this group, it usually means the original source listed the business under an unusual or mixed category rather than a plain food label. Contact information, address and hours are still pulled from the same public data used across Buffalo and New York, so they should be accurate even where the category is not a perfect fit. Because this group spans everything from medical clinics to auto shops to gift stores, there is no single etiquette or norm that applies across it; treat each listing on its own terms and call ahead if the category alone does not tell you what you need to know.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 9 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (716) 822-2366. Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Buffalo is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Walking into this amazing store, it instantly takes me back to my childhood, growing up on the East Side of Buffalo. The smell of fresh cheeses, meats, vegetables and fruit is sheer joy. Not to mention the Italian music! Always a pleasure to shop there!

I don't like the new store the old store was much better I bought a ready-made lasagna basically it was noodles sauce and some mozzarella cheese not very goodI like the old store where you walk in and it smells so good like a neighborhood deli used to back in the day now it's like going to the regular convenience store not a big fan the prices were outrageous I don't think I will be going back and I will be passing that on to my friends

I was unable to buy the usual sauce I use so I picked up a jar of Pellicano's Marinara sauce. Visually, even before I opened the jar, I noted that the sauce is thick--a plus. then I opened and tasted it. Wow! Now that's a sauce!! No more other brand for me. Found it at Tops in Rochester, NY.

We are really picky about our sauce so at first I was reluctant to purchase a jarred sauce but about 2 bites into my spaghetti dinner my wife and I just looked at each other and at the same time said I can't believe how good this sauce is we had the traditional marinara outstanding job we went to get more and every jar was gone
